Google Now Certifies Processors Optimized For Chromebooks : Meet OP1 - Chrome Story:

From story:  The Chromebook performs way better than all the other ARM processors when used in a form factor like this convertible Chromebook. It works almost like a mid-range Intel chip built for desktop computing. So, what is this chip? The name just says OP1. Additional specifications from has “Hexa-core (Dual ARM® Cortex®-A72, Quad Cortex-A53 big.LITTLE™ configuration)”. OP1 is made by Rockchip, a company without much fancy reputation to flash around. They are known for their inexpensive ARM processors. We have seen a Chromebook or two with their chip inside... OP is a trademark owned by Google. It is a certification that Google bestows on processors that are optimized for Chromebooks. I am not sure about this, but looks like OP is only for ARM processors, at least for now.
